Aluminium die casting

Active worldwide, technically on the ball

As an aluminium die-casting manufacturer with tradition and a wealth of experience, we have managed to build up a worldwide customer base. At our location in Holzminden / Southern Lower Saxony, we process around 1,700 tonnes of aluminium every year, from which aluminium die-cast housings and other aluminium injection-moulded parts are produced. Of course, suitable production facilities are needed to liquefy these metal masses. We currently use 7 large melting plants, naturally in compliance with strict quality and safety standards.

From small order to series: flexible and on-time production

Aluminium injection moulded parts from Schlicht Druckguss are particularly in demand in the automotive supplier industry and in mechanical engineering. State-of-the-art aluminium die-casting processes are used in the manufacture of the products. We produce with 12 technologically mature and powerful die-casting machines and also realise quantities in the 6-digit range. Thanks to our wide range of machinery, we can manufacture everything from small orders to large series flexibly and on time. Benefit from our know-how in aluminium die casting! We are happy to plan and manufacture your individual desired part.

Real powerhouses, filigree solutions

Our machinery is partly semi-automated and partly fully automated. The automated machines operate with clamping forces of 100 to 800 tonnes and produce series articles in various aluminium alloys with unit weights of 5 to 3,000 g. In addition to DIN-standardised die casting alloys, application-specific special alloys with special physical and mechanical properties can also be processed. Whatever requirements you have for your product, we will implement your wishes cleanly and professionally and deliver just in time. Talk to us!
