The company Schlicht Druckguss

Experience is the foundation for success

Our company roots go back to 1948 when company founder Eberhard Schlicht (who was originally from Berlin) went into business with a small team in Holzminden. Initially specialising in the production of zinc die cast components, the company subsequently continued to expand its range of products.

When Schlicht Druckguss was sold to two shareholders in 1980, the company already employed 100 permanent members of staff. By rigorously optimising all work processes and thanks to an effective rationalisation, the company was given a solid foundation for the future.

By regularly investing in the latest technologies and by gradually increasing capacity, today Schlicht Druckguss is ideally equipped for future challenges. In recent years the company has also been increasingly active in the international market.

Whether it is the small-scale production of a simple aluminium die cast part or complete components for highly complex processes: whatever is needed, our specialist staff will get to work with precision and the highest level of attention to quality. From mechanical engineers and CNC specialists to industrial technicians and toolmakers to mould and template makers: the staff employed by Schlicht Druckguss are all highly qualified and receive regular training. Over 170 people are currently employed by the company, including around 10 apprentices (industrial and commercial). They ensure that Schlicht Druckguss will continue to have the necessary expert personnel into the future.
