| Our customers can rely upon the constant availability of pressure
diecast products of a consistent high quality.
Quality products are indispensable because in many instances quality problems
lead to high additional costs.
In our organisation, quality considerations apply from the initial
project phase of a new part.
At this point, all the requirements associated with a new project are defined with
precision. Based on this, the production sequence is planned to take full account of the interdependent technical-, production- and quality assurance aspects involved while
at the same time all the relevant quality-assurance documents required for series production are prepared.
Furthermore, in order to ensure that nothing is left to chance, the quality of the raw-materials
and any bought-in elements are subjected to a strict quality-control, starting with the manufacturer involved.
Production-associated measures, the high level of quality awareness of all the operators together
with a final checking stage provide a consistently high standard of quality for all
the pressure diecast articles that leave the works.
